The RP 18 Vial forming machine is a vertical 18/10 indexing motion machine for the production of tubular glass vials from glass tube at speeds of up to 3,600 vials per hour.

The machine can process different sizes of glass tube and produce all major neck types such as pencil neck, screw neck or blow back neck. The system includes an automatic tube feeder.

Up to two machines can be combined with an after-forming line.
