Vial forming machine RP 18
The RP 18 Vial forming machine is a vertical 18/10 indexing motion machine for the production of tubular glass vials from glass tube at speeds of up to 3,600 vials per hour.
The machine can process different sizes of glass tube and produce all major neck types such as pencil neck, screw neck or blow back neck. The system includes an automatic tube feeder.
Up to two machines can be combined with an after-forming line.

Syringe Forming Machine FS 16
The FS 16 is a vertical 16/12-head indexing motion machine for the production of glass tube syringe barrels at speeds of up to 2,400 per hour.
The machine can process different sizes of glass tube and produce all major types such as luer or staked needle. The system includes an automatic tube feeder.
