Production lines for manufacturing patterned glass for PV modules are an integral part of the Grenzebach portfolio. We are your partner along the entire production line, from the annealing lehr to the cold end with cutting, stacking and conveyor equipment. The capacity of one line varies between 150 and 300 tons of glass per day, which is perfectly adapted to the solar panels in terms of thickness and size. With Grenzebach’s pattern glass lines, glass thicknesses from 1.5 to 6 mm are possible.

With the merged expertise of CNUD EFCO, Grenzebach is offering a comprehensive know-how along the hot-end from the tin bath, over the dross-box to the annealing lehr. With the new generation of annealing lehr, Grenzebach increases the flexibility at the annealing point and thus offers customers new possibilities to achieve the perfect glass tension. Completely redesigned has also been the drossbox. Individually driven, height-adjustable lift-out rollers enable now a flexible curve geometry.
